I've been using Shafer for HVAC and plumbing for years and have always been completely happy with them. The visit today was a routine check on the HVAC system. The techs are all very good and the company works hard to accommodate difficult schedules. Update: At my routine checkup, the tech checked where the condenser and the pad under it had slid considerably.
