Do not use this company they are using various business entity names. To me they are fraudulent and are not good business people. The BBB has no clue to the extent this company is defrauding people and they don't care to hold them accountable. Please do not use this company. They are not professional, the workers are not masons or contractors they are more like general laborers. My chimney top was reconstructed at the beginning of 2020, a leak was noted and in Nov 2020 a 'repair' was done to the flashing and sealer. In January 2021 there is water running down the chimney bricks inside the house. They refused to come out and inspect the issue unless I removed any negative reviews first, I told them I did not like to be blackmailed in that way. Mr. Tim Merrill, explain all what would be done to fix my Fireplace due to when it rains... I DID NOT RATE THE QUALITY OF WORK DO TO THEY WILL START IN FEW WEEKS. But if their anytime like Mr. Merrill I'm sure I will RATE 5 plus.. Can't wait to get started !!!

I contacted this company for a quote, the owner came out to do the estimate and made me watch a video about how great the company was and how amazing their work was. I signed a contract and put a deposit down on July 2nd, 2020. I was told it would be done in 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later, COUNTLESS phones calls inquiring about my project and itâ s finally done. Yes I am proud of our great work! My apologies Kimberly. The clean up was not great. Since this review we have re- cleaned up the job-site and I, as the owner, took off a substantial amount on the bill. This job is not indicative of our normal clean up. The chimney rebuild turned out great as usual but our clean up was not good on this one. We are striving to be better every day. I hope you like your new home Kimberly.
I contacted them for a Fire Place cleaning/inspection. On September 28, 2019 they came out for an inspection. They scheduled a cleaning for the following week and asked for a $50 deposit for the cleaning. The morning of the cleaning I received a call asking to reschedule due to over scheduling which I was able to work around. They never showed up for for the next appointment. Unprofessional and unresponsive.
After several delays they were finally here. Suggested we have some big work done, Paid down payment over 6 weeks ago with promise to do work, called them a couple weeks ago and never returned our call. Now guess we re out our down payment...BAD DEAL as we cannot afford this. We are retired and NOT HAPPY.
The sales man came, and after our agreement he told us that they would be able to start in two weeks. I't ended up being a month and a week before they actually started. And when trying to call the sales man he didn't answer his phone, and it took him sometimes days to call back.
