I can't say enough how much I would suggest Shane and his team for your mortgage. Shane and Kerrie were both extremely helpful with the entire process, everything was teed up for us each step of the way. Shane went above and beyond for us making sure the underwriter understood the details of a situation, including providing a contractor letter, and was able to get their approval in a more than timely manner.
