A Trillion stars in services!... outstanding!!!.... Shant and his team are a star above the stars. An incredible group of people that have gone above and beyond the professional and Trustworthy in services. We worked with Shant’s team with our mortgage in 2018 and refinance in 2020. They have super exceeded all expectations. We were all amazed . I would work with them again any time and very highly recommend to family/friends in a heartbeat.

Shant and his team have ushered us as painlessly as possible through securing first a bridge loan and then a refi to bundle together our mortgage and HELOC following 2 years of near continuous renovations to our new home. His team have been proactive and accommodating, ultimately making our vision for our new home possible and saving us hundreds a month following our refi, which they reached out to suggest. I had my mortgage financed by Guaranteed Rate and would happily do so again. I looked at banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders, and Guaranteed Rate had some of the best interest rates I could find. On top of that, the whole team responded to all my questions faster than anyone else I spoke with. I knew that closing on my house would never be held up by Shant or his team. Five stars, I would definitely work with them again, and I've already started recommending them to other people I know.
