I thought getting a mortgage would be the usual insufferable chore. Instead it was straightforward and efficient. Shant's team is friendly and sharp. They respond to questions quickly and explain things clearly. The entire application process is done online, including doument signing. The interest rate is favorable.

Shant and his team (especially Ross and Julie) were great to work with. Guaranteed Rate's excellent web portal made tracking requests for information, uploading documents, and digitally signing disclosures very easy (even from a mobile phone), so that the process could keep moving quickly while I was at work, or away from home. Loved working with the whole team, Ross was able to get me an amazing rate, Paul managed me through the whole documentation process, bless his patience also as I had to move funds and that always makes things complicated, even included some translation work. But Paul and I got it all done and then Julie&Rose helped it all go smooth over the finish line in time! The team at Guaranteed Rate is on the ball. They walk you through the process and are always there to answer questions. We really enjoyed working with Libby in the office.
