The Shant Banosian team was a pleasure to work with. I went into the home-buying process with a lot of dread, having previously heard of all the horror stories from first time home buyers. I cannot say enough good things about Shant and his team. They made what can be a frustrating and terrifying process smooth and easy. The service was fantastic and Shant was incredibly responsive. I don't think I ever had to wait for more than a couple of hours for a response to any question or concern I had at any point throughout the process. Overwhelmingly positive experience. If you are on the fence about refinancing, I would urge you to contact Mr Banosian and have him explore your case. The rewards can be significant, he was able to knock over 25% off our monthly outlay with minimal requirements from our busy family.
