This is an extremely well-run organization, and all of the team members were professional, responsive, and highly competent. My mortgage situation was a challenging one, since I had just finalized a divorce, so the timing was tight for submitting my documents and getting underwriter approval in time for closing. I was in a very tricky situation with my credit and unsure if I would even qualify for a loan but Shant and his team were very understanding and laid out what I needed to do in order to get pre-qualified. In the end the team was very helpful and very responsive and I was able to close on a brand new home in a great neighborhood. Would highly recommend!
