Shant and his team were extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the process. We were trying to sell one house while buying another. My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and Shant Banosian and his team at Guaranteed Rate were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire loan process. They made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. Thanks to their diligence, our loan was approved within 30 days of the P&S and we closed on our property a week later!
