Shant and his entire team are truly wonderful! They made our home buying experience much easier during a very stressful time as we were purchasing a new construction home with unforeseen delays and challenges. I have been buying and selling property for 20 years and in the past 8 years or so I have used Shant for at least 7 mortgages. He is available 24/7. He is honest, professional, he makes the process as easy as possible and he gets it done. His rates are among the best. I honestly could not recommend him any higher - he is truly the best in the business. I've used other lenders in the past, some were good and some were horrible, but even the good ones don't compare to Shant.

In the two years it took my wife and to find our new home in Boston, Shant and his team assisted us with at least five offers (maybe more) and helped us close on our new home with as painless and precise a process as one could hope for. Shant and his team are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will work with them again if we are ever looking for a new home.

Everyone was very responsive (even on the weekends) helped walk me through the first time home buying experience and made it as little stressful as possible. We had a tight deadline and with the help of the team , we got it done!
