The seller knew we were serious when they saw who we were working with, and Shant's team was able to put together a loan for us on a ridiculously quick timeline. And, important to us as first time buyers, they were extremely helpful and transparent at every step. The online system they use for gathering paperwork took all the stress out of the application process. Great team to work with.
