Shant's team was really terrific. We left our credit union to go with them. We just didn't trust our credit union and there was confusion where there shouldn't have been. GR made every step easy, clear, and I had full confidence that the pre-approval was accurate and our mortgage would be approved. Our closing costs may have been lower with our credit union, but it was worth it to go the GR.
