Shant and his team were awesome. I'm a first-time homebuyer who had never taken out a mortgage. Shant and his team were extremely patient with my questions. They really took the time to make sure I knew they were on top of everything. They also respond quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend Shant and his team to both new and experienced homebuyers.
Shant's team was really terrific. We left our credit union to go with them. We just didn't trust our credit union and there was confusion where there shouldn't have been. GR made every step easy, clear, and I had full confidence that the pre-approval was accurate and our mortgage would be approved. Our closing costs may have been lower with our credit union, but it was worth it to go the GR.
Shant & Team were able to get us the financing we needed to purchase a second home. We attempted financing with 4 other lenders with no success. Shant’s team used creative options and understood HOW the deal COULD BE DONE. And they delivered!
