We just finished closing on our house in July 2022, Shant and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. We received a few different pre-approvals in the beginning but decided to go with Shant since his rate was the lowest and process in general was so easy. The whole process was effortless and his team was very quick to response with any questions. We experienced no issues with closing and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.
