We just finished closing on our house in July 2022, Shant and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. We received a few different pre-approvals in the beginning but decided to go with Shant since his rate was the lowest and process in general was so easy. His staff was so helpful and great. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and everyone patiently answered all of it. The rate was very competitive. The closing cost was a bit more than expected but manageable range.
