Shant and Guaranteed Rate were recommended to me by several people. Everyone I dealt with at G-Rate was extremely nice and helpful. Every question or concern was addressed immediately and in a friendly and professional manner.
Everything went very fast and smooth. Shant was very quick to respond; even later in the evening after hours. He explained everything in detail and connected us with people to help with other aspects of our purchase. Everyone he referred us were also very helpful and responsive.
The team was great. Our journey started with Ross Wilson and after 10 minutes of the phone call I had no doubts it was the way to go. The mortgage rate was the best on the market, entire team replied on all the email's questions with the speed of light, even on Sunday evening. No idea how they did it, but we were ready to close 2 weeks before the schedule. If I could give 100000 stars I would, but unfortunately it's not permitted. So yeah, just 5 stars :)
