I very highly recommend Shant and his amazing team to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home. I searched for months trying to find the right house within my budget and they were ready to assist every step of the way. My emails were always answered promptly even on nights and weekends! They answered every question I had on the twenty or so homes I was interested in over the course of five months and, when I finally found the right home, they made the loan process a breeze. A+ service all around.

We love our new place, and we love the interest rate we received even more. Shant and his Team made the mortgage approval process so easy.
