My experience with Share Lawyers was fantastic. Everyone was very professional and helped. They made this difficult process easier to get through. Yes, the staff was wonderful extremely helpful and responsive. It allowed me to move forward. The service was wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Share Lawyers. I liked dealing with Alison Gilmour. I found the other staff rude and very pushy and didn't provide me with accurate information. My dealings with Alison on the other hand was professional and respectful.
I thought it was too impersonal. I was uncomfortable both times when I went to the office, I didn’t know what my lawyer looked like until they recognized me. Would have been nice if they would at least come to my home or have a video chat. You give me a total of how much everything was and leave it at that. Clients want to see the receipts on how you got that figure. Otherwise you can put a random amount and expect us to pay that and it may have only cost a fraction of it. Samantha war great very helpful At the minute Samantha with Alison who was senior lawyer never met her until the day of arbertration she tried convince us and down played my claim. Wanted us to settle for a lot less then what we actually recevied. If it wasn't for my husband who has a great senses of balls and stood up for me we would of been in worse position then manulife put us in would not recommend anyone to us Alison for negotiations this is my personal experience and may not reflect on anyone else
