Overall it was good. I just prefer to correspond with the same person from the start to the end instead of speaking with multiple people.
Actually do something beyond blowing farts into a chair for $6200.
I don’t think there is anything that your law firm could do. The communication was good. The results turned out to be less than I hoped. Nonetheless, I think that is because everything during settlement conference felt orchestrated. It is clear the average person is unlikely to be successful at navigating through the process without legal representation.

Well, quite frankly I hope life gets better and I will not have to use your services again. I did feel that the firm was not familiar with my case until the last stretch. Maybe that's how theses cases are handled that the lawyers don't get into high gear until it's closer to the mediation date.
