Let the client know the realistic amount they would be sueing for and explain this well before settlement rather than sending a break down of what they are threatning the insurance companies with. Explain more in depth what each person isçccçrealistically looking at.

The experience during the settlement meeting with Chris was straight forward. He provided us with good feedback and guidance. Prior to the settlement meeting we had several issues with miscommunication. Meetings were rescheduled without notification several times. It seemed like my time or my spouses time was not valued and when it was brought to attention it was dismissed quickly. It made me concerned about the professionalism of the firm in occasion. The ultimate outcome was satisfactory and Chris was great.
