I’ve worked on multiple deals with Sharyn. She explains everything you’ll need to know. She’s very sharp and straight forward so you always know where you stand at any point in the process (BTW, with Sharyn, the process moves very fast). My only regret is I wish I’d found her earlier!

I worked with Sharyn DiCarlo on the refinacing of my primary residence. She was very knowledgeable, professional and cordial throughout the entire process. She guided me through everything and answered all of my questions promptly and completely. The numbers at the end of the process matched what was discussed at the beginning of the process; no hidden fees or nonsense. The experience, all around, was terrific. Couldn’t recommend sharyn more. Easy to work with, attentive, always answers emails and calls in a timely manner. The whole refinancing process was done through email except for final paperwork she sends a notary to you. Rates and fees are less than any other bank I checked. She came highly recommended from a co worker and exceeded expectations. Have sent multiple other co workers to her as well.

Sharyn did an amazing job with my home refinance. It was flawless from step one to the end.I would highly recommend her for you home loan needs!!! This was the easiest process i have ever been apart of.Any time I called Sharyn she would answer immediately , if not i received a call back very shortly.
