It was another pleasure to work with Sharyn again on the refinance of our home. We also used Sharyn when we purchased our home so that should tell you something right there. Sharyn is professional and pays attention to the details. She is on top of every aspect of the process which moves things along at a steady pace. I can't speak more highly of our loan officer Sharyn DiCarlo. This is our second time using Sharyn and we've been very happy both times. She takes the time to answer all of our questions and is always very responsive. Rates are very competitive and we have closed on time with both of our loans.

Being a greenhorn in home buying and a first timer for refinancing my house I was super horrified with the stories my friends had to say about their experience with lenders and refinance procedures.
