I have refinanced a dozen times in the past. Most loan officers get you to bite, lock the rate, and then disappear after handing the reins to the processor. In contrast, Sharyn DiCarlo shepherded my loan from the beginning to the end. Despite being inundated with applications, she is extremely responsive.
