SHARYN did it all, got the best rate, worked through docs. needed, talked with my finance people to resolve issues when they came up, worked with my accountant and me to get info which I had misplaced. We went to Sharyn when other local lender didn't gave us good rates for refinancing. Sharyn is very fast and professional. She analyzed the situation and gave us the best rates. During every point of the refinancing she made it very easy for us. When the appraiser didn't do a good job, Sharyn followed up on that and got second appraisal, which in time helped with the proper monthly payments. All paper work was aligned and good thing was regardless of time, she answered the phone and tried to help as much as she can.
