Sharyn was always very quick to get us through the process of refinancing. We contacted her on a weekend day and she immediately responded back ands continued conversation throughout the weekend. Anytime documents were needed from us, she contacted us. After providing that information, she processed it immediately and kept the process moving forward at a quick pace.

Sharyn was recommend to me through a coworker, and he was spot on. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Sharyn walked us through the whole process. There was no origination fee and she gave us a lower rate than others we contacted. With rates being historically low I know Sharyn had a lot of people refinancing but she was never too busy for my questions. She was very responsive to calls, texts and emails...I’m talking within minutes. I cannot recommend Sharyn and her team enough!
