I walked into Shawnee Animal Hospital terrified, with a sick Dachshund & no better explanation than "something is just off." I had never been there before. From the very first minute, they listened with patience, took my concerns seriously, & got to work. Bonnie needed to stay through the weekend & ended up having surgery Saturday evening. Leaving her was heartbreaking, but they promised excellent care & frequent updates. They delivered on every word. I especially want to recognize Stephanie Keller. The first time my little Baby Girl (14 1/2 years old) I think had a stroke and it was on the weekend, she was in alot of pain. I made the decision to have her put to sleep. Everyone at Shawnee Animal Hospital was very respectful and caring of my pain have to go through this. They placed her in a box with tissue paper and brought her out to my vehicle for me. Great care for our dog. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about doodles. No matter the issue, they have done an excellent job.

My dog had never been seen in this area due to moving, but at the Shawnee Animal Hospital were very loving and caring. They were good to ask how we wanted to proceed giving me all the possible options along with how much it would cost. The office is clean and all the people were very kind and understanding. I will go back and they will be my forever Vet.

Everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming. They do great with your pets and treat them with so much care. Taylor T. was a great receptionist. She really helped ease my nerves with the way my pup kept crying. Lovely staff and environment!

I love the staff at Shawnee Animal Hospital. Jenni up front is always so sweet to me and my little dog, Jesco! I'll always use Shawnee Animal Hospital to care for my babies!!

I recently had an emergency with one of my dogs. Nikki was super efficient in getting me checked in quickly. Kim came out to get me and I was very glad to see her. In my experience with her she always knows what to do and I trust her to address my issue with the urgency required for what the current situation is. All the staff here are wonderful and the vets are amazing.

We just made an appointment yesterday and were able to be seen today for a flu vaccine for our dog. Everything was quick and smooth. The staff I interacted with were kind. Good experience!
