Truly lifesaving. My baby, Monty, got into our laundry basket and ate a sock... we took him to our vet who recommended us to Neels who told us we could either pay 10,000 up front or put our baby down. When we thought there wasn't any hope, we were recommended to Shawnee animal hospital. The whole staff was so knowledgeable, the vet was very professional and kind, and our baby is going to make a recovery and we are going to keep our laundry locked up tight Thank you Shawnee animal hospital for taking care of my family

This is the best vet we have found in Shawnee. We came from out of state and have used many vets over our lifetime, and I must give Shawnee Animal Hospital 5 stars. From the receptionists to the techs to the doctors, they are the best!

Just WOW! I went to get my dogs immunizations updated and then took them back a few weeks later for grooming. Grooming was wonderful, great people. Rachel is super duper sweet. I give her a lot of credit for how well she did. I know grooming huskies can be difficult

Dr. Simpson has been seeing both of our dogs for us. And when we had to put our oldest down he was caring and compassionate walking through the process with us and giving comfort. Now we are seeing him with our youngest who is having back issues and he is so gentle with her and is very thorough giving us options and what he would do advice. He truly cares about his patients and their owners.

Best animal hospital around. They are always as prompt and courteous as they can be. Take amazing care of ALL or dogs. Recently had a fight bw two of ours, loaded one up and headed to the hospital as he had several gashes and punctures all over. My fiancé called them on the way. Walked in, did the covid check in, then they took us right in to a table to get to work on him. Lots of shaving and cleaning, about 12 staples, and some antibiotics, and they had our boy fixed up. I love this place! They make me and my dogs feel like family. The staff is so warm and welcoming and Dr. Simpson is phenomenal! His knowledge and genuine love for animals is what keeps us coming here!

We are always treated so well when coming here! Dr. Coffee is the best and always takes time to answer any questions we have. We never feel rushed or like we are taking up too much of the doctors time. The staff is amazing and very friendly each time we go in. We are always able to get in same day or after hours if we have an urgent need!
We just moved from DFW to Shawnee and in a week after arriving my three-year-old Yorkie got sick. He began throwing up and having diarrhea and very lethargic. I could tell he was running fever by touching his belly. On Friday, I began worrying that it was getting important to get him to a doctor. Was Unable to Reach a vet after hours on the weekend as Our dog was treated by them an took a turn for the worse. Medication did not work attempt to call several times No answer. Disappointed with phone service an after hours contact we need a Vet that we can depend upon. that's going to be there for us. The prices are good as are the vets but I draw the line after this.
