They provided excellent service performing surgery on my 15 year old kitty! Reasonable price and great follow up!
I highly recommend Shawnee Animal Hospital. Dr. Steward, Dr. Simpson, and Dr. Coffee are all awesome. The staff is always very friendly and helpful too.
This place is the best. It's not our regular vet, but we called when our puppy was extremely sick. It was a Saturday and 20 minutes before they closed... but they let us come in and made the time to see our baby. I liked how welcoming they were. And in the office, the tech asked what budget we wanted to stay under (given everything was doable...). I've never heard of that at a vet, in fact we've always been taken advantage of. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've been taking both my dogs there and have had only good experiences. I have been there for all of my dogs shots and a few concerns including a surgery. Every time I've been treated with respect and have been in and out in a timely manner.
This is the most caring vet clinic around. From the reception to the animal carers to the Vets themselves. I have been taking my pets to them for many years and have nothing but the highest appreciation for everybody there. I just had to have my 13 year old maltese, Dakota, put to sleep, and these people are so caring and helpful. Dr. Stewart and his staff are the only people I trust with the health and wellbeing of my animals. My dogs are like my children and I know they'll always receive expert care and plenty of TLC from Shawnee Animal Hospital.
We have been going there for about 6 years and the vets and assistants have all been great. We have gone for just shots and the occasional minor concern with our German Shepard and Boston Terrier. I do agree with the front desk needing to be happier. Check out could be quicker too.
I have used Shawnee Animal Hospital since I adopted my first pet. They are fantastic! They treat livestock and smaller pets. I have used them for everything except exotic pets (those aren't for me). Cows, horses, dogs, cats, SAH treats them all! This is the ONLY vet clinic in Shawnee that I will ever use!
I brought my dying puppy into this vet office and let me tell you how that went. They had us wait in our car instead of their waiting room bc SHE WAS BLEEDING PROFUSELY FROM HER WHOLE BODY AND WAS OBVIOUSLY DYING and instead of being compassionate to her, they decided the other people in the waiting room shouldn't have to look at her, despite the fact that we had no air conditioning in our car and it was August in Oklahoma.
