This place was fantastic. Our waitress Katie was great and made the experience even better. We went on a Thursday night and they had pretty good live music. We started off with lime shrimp which was lightly fried and they brought some delightful bread with it as well. For our entrees I got the Salmon Rockefeller, the salmon was perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes and asparagus paired with it delightfully. This is one of our favorite places on Hilton Head. Beautiful views and wonderful food and service. Shelter Cove is also a great place to hang out before or after your meal. Not to be missed.
We celebrated our 39th anniversary! Everything was excellent!! Our server, Karen was awesome!!
My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary. The food was superb and the servers at the bar and dining were extremely friendly and attentive.
First time visiting. Great ambiance! Food was very good. Vanessa, our waitress, did a very nice job. Gave us time to enjoy our drinks and appetizers. Allowed us to enjoy the total experience.
The food was excellent. Oysters, grouper, crab cakes soups and salads all very good !
We made reservations for the outdoor patio and it was beautiful overlooking the harbor! We got to watch boats and kayaks come in. Also nice and quiet! My husband loves his bone in rib-eye! I am vegetarian and not a lot of options for me. I got the pear and arugula salad which was delicious. Could have been made vegan, with no cheese. We go to Ela’s every year when we are on the island and we are never disappointed. I had the short ribs and you could break it apart with a fork. Asparagus was perfectly cooked. Caesar salad was really good. Dressing was excellent. Server was excellent but i forget her name.
Best views of the harbor in Shelter Cove. Wonderful food. It's a little pricey but is a wonderful special occasion restaurant. We enjoyed our date night at Ela's!
