We celebrated two birthdays. The food and service were divine. 10/10 recommend.
Always top notch service and food. It’s a perfect setting and always one of our favorite dining places.
ELA’s was very good as usual. Our complaint was the mahi was not cooked as complete as desired; more grilling adds flavoring which was missing. Also the scallops were not as fresh as they should have been. A little ammonia taste/smell was present. This will not impact our future stops at this restaurant as we travel in the area.
We had the restaurant week menu and enjoyed it and the wine parings very much
Lobster nachos were amazing! Entrees were superb. Outside dining was picturesque. Best dinner of our trip.
Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Recommend anyone into sea food to eat here.
Everything was perfect … delightful staff.
Portion size was good, food was just OK. Pork chop had good flavor, but dry and overcooked. The salmon was very bland. The service was excellent and the desert was the only saving grace. The hummingbird cake and the peanut butter bar were very good.
It was simply amazing from start to finish! Three of the four of us enjoyed the Restaurant Week menu. I typically do not care for grits but the smoked Gouda grits with the braised short ribs were the best I’ve ever had. I will go back just to have those delicious grits!! The fried green tomatoes were perfect. And the Gumbo was truly New Orleans inspired with loads of delicious seafood and spices. Not to spicy but not too bland. And of course dessert!!
