Our server Karen was friendly and attentive. Our meals were not rushed and they were perfectly cooked. I ordered the Surf and Turf with the ribeye and the steak was cooked perfectly medium throughout. We are from New Jersey and here visiting friends and will definitely make it a point to come back to Ela’s again.
Amazing meal - amazing place! Wish it was a bit more warm - dining Al fresco watching the sunset is incredible here!

My favorite place on Hilton Head - Shelter Cove Marina! Walk around the docks and check out all of the boats and yachts or visit the shops and stroll around Neptune! The dining area, both inside and out, was quite elegant yet low key. Service was spectacular and the food delicious! Many accolades-can’t wait to return - oh and did I mention the sunsets - spectacular!
This is the 2nd time we dined there. The first time I loved the food. This time I ordered the seafood gumbo soup. The seafood was so minimal I couldn’t taste it. It consisted mainly of sausage. I also ordered the crab cakes and there was very little crab in them. There were no large chunks only small flakes. I would go there again but not order those two items.
