Great location, good food and service. Wonderful vacation choice in Hilton Head.
This was our 3rd visit to Ela's. We keep coming back every visit to HHI, because the food, scenery and service are all great. I had the scallops, and my wife had the stuffed salmon. Both meals were really really good. The portion of scallops was on the small side - about 3.6 scallops (one must have broken off in the pan and been lost). The only issue we had was a fly kept buzzing our table for a few minutes during the meal, but eventually it went away.
Food was exceptional and we got to sit outside at a table near the water - just beautiful. Pricey but very high quality. Well worth it.
Past experience had been great to not so much. Pleasantly surprised with food and service this time - all top. Fried oyster appetizer, gumbo, crab cake and risotto, and salmon all excellent. Combined with harbor view, we will be back.
Great dinner, great views ( request outside seating if you go)
Great place to have dinner. Nosie level is high inside. Better to enjoy dinner outside where you can actually hear any dinner conversation.
We have eaten at Ela's many times but never for brunch. We will definitely return.
