We loved ELA’S! The food was amazing. We had crab cakes, scallops and shrimp and grits. There were no leftovers! Dessert was an amazing strawberry cake. Wish we lived nearby and could come back!
The special Swordfish was outstanding, all other meals equally good. Always greeted with a smile, great staff, excellent service. Best restaurant on Hilton Head Island.
Great location
ELA’s staff and management was so accommodating. We had accidentally booked our dinner for the wrong date. It was a completely booked evening. However, since we arrived early, they were able to seat the 5 of us at a table outdoors by the water! It was lovely! We could even hear the live music (which was located indoors) through the speaker they had on the porch. The weather was perfect and scenery picturesque. Great service. Wonderful food. Beautiful views of shelter cove. All reasons why we make it a point to eat at ELA’S every year when we visit Hilton Head Island!
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ela’s. We sat upstairs inside and had a gorgeous view of boats entering the harbor and the sunset- perfect! The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. We shared soup, salad, and appetizer to save room for the main course- lobster, whole flounder and crab stuffed salmon. The key lime pie and chocolate mouse dessert finished the meal nicely. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a special night
On vacation.. great seafood and desserts. Lovely spot for pictures and outdoor seating. It does take a while so be patient.
