This is a nice restaurant. Parking is not that great better than a shuttle or cab.
I would recommend Ela's to anyone who appreciates fine food, wine and ambience.
This is a great spot for families with young children, as there is a Kids' menu and the noise is such that the children will not stand out. The food is solid and there are many classic seafood options.
Noise in restaurant was way too loud, making conversation difficult!
One of the best meals ever which I will always remember! Food was unbelievable- fresh seafood, steaks and good wine. Atmosphere was absolutely beautiful! Only drawback was that prices were very expensive, but would definitely go back!
This restaurant is on the water, however, they sat our group of four upstairs with zero view, very disappointing. The fried green tomatoes appetizer was horrible and had to be sent back. They claimed the calamari was the best item on the appetizer list and we thought it was just average. Three of four had the crab cakes and they thought they were just OK. I was on vacation with my family in Hilton Head, where we go every year. A physician staying at our same resort, asked me if we had eaten at Ela's. I was surprised that I hadn't heard of it. He recommended that we try it, so we did... Very pleased with the food, location and staff! Owner was on site and greeted us. Excellent and unique menu! Seafood and steaks were excellent.
