One of the pretty screens we’ve ever stayed at. The staff, accommodations, restaurants, shopping and walking ability is perfect for a nice weekend or just an overnighter or a long-term stay. One of our go to one traveling Carolina.
Great experience, Preston was super communicative with us, met us at the dock, help tie up. The marina is super clean, and a fabulous location with multiple eateries on site and super convenient to all the hotels on the beach.
Great location, very good crew. Shelter Cove is very well sheltered and just about zero current. Dock hands were very helpful
Shelter Cove Marina is perhaps one of the most beautiful marinas we’ve seen. All the shops and restaurants, trails and bike paths are simply beautiful. We were also able to get a dockside pump out as part of their services. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is that I wish we had been put on a dock with more than 4 feet of depth. We have unprotected props and it was rather disconcerting to be grounded in the mud twice a day at low tide. Fortunately there are plans for dredging so this shouldn’t be an issue for... read more
Almost perfect. The convenience of the delicious restaurants only steps away from our boat was the best. The staff was friendly and accommodating to each need. We were able to shop and walk and enjoy all aspects of Shelter Cove.
Great environment and great staff. We stayed Sept -Feb. and were very happy (except for a rare Feb snow storm, obviously not the marina’s fault.) Watch for shallow low tide on the Disney side near the wall (spring 2025) if you draw more than 4’, otherwise we loved the shops/restaurants nearby (Jane’s is a must try)!
