Our son had sold his home and was moving into our condo in one week, when the impossible happened. There was a fire 6 floors above which left water damage to the engineered flooring in our unit. I called several companies who said they just would not be able to replace that floor in a week. I then called Tom at Sherlock's. After a slight pause he said..." we like challenges." Long story short, Tom made it happen, even working on his day off! It got done. It's beautiful. Thank you, Tom!
Tom was very helpful. Understood our goals and budget and he was able to get us beautiful flooring that fit our needs. When we sold the condo the new owner expressed how much she loved the flooring. Great experience from beginning to end!
Excellent experience from the moment we stepped in the door. Loved that we could "borrow" the large flooring samples for a few days to see how it looked in our place. The installation was very quick and so far after a couple months, the planks still look beautiful. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you Sherlock!
We had carpeting installed in our great room and our master bedroom about 2 months ago. We love it. Everyone at Sherlock's was wonderful, very helpful and patient (I changed my mind 3 times before placing my final order). Our installers were great too, they moved the heavier pieces of furniture and pulled up the old carpeting and cleaned everything up (even vacuumed the new carpeting for us). I would never order carpeting anywhere other than Sherlock's again. We'll be back the next time we need any carpeting again.
Salesman and carpet installation were great. Although it's only been a couple of months since the installation, my wife and I don't have any complaints!!!
The installers were on time, courteous and did an excellent job. My floors look awesome!
