Great experience. The installers were right on time, and finished in an hour. They did a great job.
The experience we had at Sherlock's was amazing Our salesman Tom was professional, thorough and helped us when we had to delay the install. Another comment about Tom is his outstanding customer service. He answered every question we had and if necessary would double check the information to make sure we were all on the same page. This is the second time Don at Sherlock's helped us in the past year. First time everything went great with the Krarastan carpet installed throughout our whole house. So we went back this for a remnate for a room in our condo we found one price was right and install again was perfect. We forgot to tell our building management company the carpet was coming so we quickly call Sherlock's and they worked with us to get us what we needed while their installers waited.
