Our salesman was courteous, and very helpful. He provided us with samples so we could make our choices. Flooring was promptly order and the installers were professional and did a perfect job. All old materials were discarded by the installers. A pleasant and satisfying experience.
We have had Sherlock put in hardwood floors and carpet in the past. So when we decided to replace our kitchen ceramic floor with new flooring we went back. Our salesman Jerry was very helpful. Tom and his crew were knowledgeable and I'm very pleased.

We are thrilled. We were getting my husband's mother's condominium ready for sale and needed to replace carpet. Tom understood our needs and directed us to very nice affordable carpet. He made the entire measurement and installation process completely stress-free. When we need to replace our own carpet we will be loyal to Sherlock's.
Over the past few years we have replaced flooring in most of our home and Sherlock's has done all of it for us. We have been very pleased with our salesperson, Joan; and the installers have all been very professional and precise. We installed carpeting, wood flooring, and most recently, tile. Our new floors have exceeded our expectations.
