We have been customers of Sherlock’s Carpet & Tile for the past 15 years carpeting the entire house with the exception of one room used for a sewing room beginning in 2003 and the most recent project in February 2018. We have always worked with Tom on all of our projects. He has taken time to listen to our ideas and has provided us with a number of options. Good Job! Had the whole house done and we are very happy with it.
We were looking for wood floors & both Tom and Jerry were so very helpful. Their knowledge of the product & their suggestions proved invaluable. We have shopped Sherlock in the past & will continue to do so. Great people, great product! Definite 5 stars!

Similar to other reviews, we had a great experience. I am very glad to have found a company that takes care of both hardwood floor refinishing and carpet installation. Both turned out great. We took extra precautions and installed strategicly placed sheeting for dust control. Coupled with their equipment and attention to detail, there was very little cleanup. I am happy to highly recommend Sherlock's Carpet and Tile for wood floor refinishing and carpet installation.
The salesperson at Sherlock Carpet was very helpful and polite. The gentlemen who installed the carpet were very polite and did a professional job.
We are very happy with the results of our carpet installation. We had to stagger the installation of the carpeting, and the whole process is going well. Don was very helpful in helping us choose the right carpeting. The installers did a great job.
I walked into Sherlock not sure what I wanted. Within a few days I placed an order and new carpet was in my family room the following week. The sales rep to the installers were professional and courteous. And we love the carpet.
We are currently remodeling our bath. We had a great experience with our sales associate Joan. Her interior design expertise helped me plan through the hardest stages, and I would highly recommend this store which has a large variety of all tiles and carpets.
