Sherlocks Carpet and Tile always delivers 100%. I have hired them twice now on removing old and installing new carpet throughout my homes. From my salesman, Robert DiBenedetto to the experienced installation crew, the process was flawless. The team treated my home as it was there own. I highly recommend Sherlocks!
We had all new hardwood floors installed in living spaces and bedrooms and waterproof vinyl tile in the bathrooms. Installation was high quality and timely. They finished one day ahead of schedule. The crew had many excellent carpenters, so the finished product looks beautiful.
I originally went to Sherlock looking for living room carpet and hardwood for my kitchen, dining room, foyer and powder room...all extremely high traffic areas. I met with Don and he explained the pros/cons of the various types of flooring. I ended up getting Coretec LVP instead of wood and I couldn't be happier! The vinyl planking looks just like wood (even the texturing) but it's completely waterproof, comfortable to walk on and the cork backing makes it quiet. The salesperson was well informed and helpedus to find what we were looking for We love the pattern we selected and the price was competitive. Everything went very well with my sales rep Rob, from the original store visit, to his visit to my home for measuring, to setting up installation. The installers were experts and very well mannered. I highly recommend this store and my sales rep Rob.

After shopping around several locations it came down to two choices. As it turns out I do believe we made the best choice. We were working with Tom Ullsperger who is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and very good at explaining the information. From the moment we walked in and met with Rob to the installation, everything was seamless! The selection was better than any store we had gone to and the service was outstanding. Rob came out to the house for a free estimate and was very patient while answering all of our questions. The installers did a great job and left the project without leaving a trace. Product quality is top notch too! Definitely recommended!
