We were a small family in desperate need of a newer car. We were referred to Christian by a friend who he had helped get a vehicle for previously. Due to complicated credit, we were aware that we may not be able to get anything at all. I first entered the dealership because a friend of mine recommended it, I came back because Christian was very friendly, helpful and understanding to my situation. He was also very willing to work with me in order to find me a vehicle that I would both enjoy and be able to rely on for some time. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for any future vehicles I'd like to purchase and sending all my friends there as well.
Me and my family were in Edmonton visiting family for the weekend from Saskatchewan when our vehicle broke down on us. CJ was able to spend the needed time with us and get us into a truck that not only did we need but one that we really liked and wanted. I had been in to look at a new 2013 Sierra 3500 a couple of weeks prior to my purchase . After seeing the cost of a new vehical I decided that it was to much money to spend. Then a short time later C.J. called to tell me about a 2008 Sierra that had just arrived. After a test drive and a good look I made an offer that was accepted , the truck was shopped and I was happy with the purchase.
Ferid was the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with! He was very understanding when I had a lot of questions! He went above and beyond to try and help me find my next car! I have since recommended him to 5 of my friends!
