Excellent Customer Service Big thank you to Courtney in the Service department. I had called in regarding some questions that I had about my vehicle and some unanswered questions that I had from when it was previously serviced at another dealer that I would never return to. Courtney was great on the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions. Courtney also took the time to help explain some of the features of my vehicle that I wasn't aware of. Shuttle Driver The Shuttle drivers have always been great to deal with and are friendly when driving to locations that need to be dropped off at. They have lots of good conversations and when asking where I am going always take my advice as to what way to go since I know where the construction is on way to office.

Always Great! Service department was fast and great like always. Dealt with Shawna and Wayne, they were super friendly and took care of all of my questions and concerns promptly. I won't go to any other dealership. Highly recommend :)

Great experience at Sherwood Chev Bought a used Acadia, there was a "hic up" with our vehicle. Justin our salesman worked hard to fix the "hic up". We are very satisfied with our experience, very quick and helpful. Thank Jordan and Justin for your hard work!

Amazing Dealership and all staff i had were incredible.everyone of them went out of their way to make sure everything was done and in place.after an 18plus hr drive it was well worth it. Never had service this good
Quality Management I had a problem with this dealership, posted a review and with in 24 hrs the General Manager called me personally. All issues were rectified and had a great conversation. My family over the years has purchased 50+ units from this company so I felt the need as a returning customer to complain. Very very happy how the issue was handled.
