Above and beyond my expectations Great staff , great environment , I dealt with Jordan for most of my deal, he went above and beyond what any other any other manager at any other dealership was willing to go through. Specific customer, great service! I purchased my first car, a Cruze, through Danny and the entire experience was more than expected. I shopped around a bit but kept coming back to the Cruze, he knew before I did that that was the car for me. He is very approachable and honest, and was there to answer any questions I had. Going back to Lakewood Chev! Went to get my oil change at the express lube service. Service was ok however waited for 45 mins just to get into the express line bay. Then got my car back and noticed they forget to put the reminder sticker on my windshield. Not a horrible experience but not the best experience from a dealership.

fixed & clean I recently took my 2012 avalanche in for a leak repair. I an extremely particular about my vehicle...no grease smudges etc left by the mechanics. believe it or not, my chevy came back not only repaired but cleaner then when it went in. way to go, Sherwood park chev.
