Mostly good Almost everyone there was so friendly and very helpful. There was one girl Amber who made me feel very unwelcome and a little scared to have my personal information and leave my car there over night but other than that excellent
Service I had a few different service items that needed to be done. Shawna walked me through the different items that needed to be done and gave me a list of upcoming services to be prepared for. She was very helpful and patient with me. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
Recall. I was immediately directed to Nadine who booked me in. She was very friendly. I have dealt with Nadine in the past and she has always been very helpful. I had to leave my vehicle for the day and was provided shuttle service. I feel confident that the work was done as specified. I return to the dealer for all work as I have had no reason to question their suggestions. I will say that I find the shuttle service is somewhat lacking. Great Service and Friendly staff I have been going here for a couple years now and have always had great service on my truck. The staff here are very friendly and professional.
Questions about warranty I've called Shawna on numerous occasions to ask about warranty on my vehicle. Because of the extended warranty, I wanted to know what aftermarket performance options I could use without voiding any of my warranty. Like always, Shawna was quick to answer, knowing all the answers to my questions without using references. A true Chev/GM representative. Thank you for everything.
Driver door lock not working The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sandra provided quick service and in no time I was in the waiting area. There were a lot of people waiting for the shuttle however they quickly found another driver to assist and I was only a few minutes late for work.
Service in a second Technologically challenged I have had problems with my blue tooth hook-up and each time one of the friendly service personal has jumped in my car and had me connected in minutes. Of course, when I need a service, I know that it will be done as quickly and smoothly as possible….I was so pleased when they moved to Sherwood Park.
