Best dealership experience in a long time. I have never been as surprised by the level of customer service as I have when I entered Sherwood Chevrolet. My salesman Rylan was great and knowledgable on trucks and the business manager Kevin was great, not pushy just helpful and understanding. I would easily recommend anyone to deal with these 2 when buying a new truck. It's a very easy thing to just want a lower price, and they do have a great deal that they give you, but how your treated will make me a long term customer.
Friendly and Out going When you walk in your always greeted with a smile. From sales to service to the people who shuttle you back and forth to work or home while your vehicle is being serviced, everyone is courteous, and always willing to help out. My questions are always answered and I always get a phone call mid way through a long service for an update. Awesome Sherwood Chevrolet has the best stock in vehicles around Alberta for the Corvette. These Guys know there stuff. I got a feeling of appreciation and Experiance as soon as I arrived there. I did not get this from any other surrounding dealerships . I will go back for all my modifications and my next car in the future. Jim was so knowledgable and you could tell he gained a lot of his knowledge through Chevrolet training and hands on Experiance with the vehicles. He found my perfect match.
An absolutely pleasurable buying experience The best way to sum up the experience at Sherwood Park Chevrolet, Jim McEwan and the Team - I will buy from them again! Great group of people and one special one. Jim McEwen is so easy to talk to and if I have any questions, I can always call him. The service dept gave me a card but there wasn't anyone's name on it. Who do I thank? When paying the bill, I forgot the name of the friendly young woman there. I did change my mind of a service you offer and the staff was very helpful to go outside of their busy schedule and put my tires away at the "Tire Hotel". The music was too loud though.
