Absolutely Amazing Jim is one of the very few salesman that actually shows he cares about his customers. I was very well treated and felt he was doing everything he can to accommodate me. Jim was very patient throughout the purchasing process and I did not feel like i was being taken advantage at any point throughout the process. He cares about his customers and that goes a long way with me. I will definitely be buying from Sherwood Park Chevy again and will be going straight to Jim when I do so.
Amazing customer service Recently bought our 2015 Chevy Silverado. We dealt with Danny Greenbank and he was extremely helpful and thourough from the very beginning until we left with our truck, he was able to bring out a truck that had everything we wanted right down to the rims. 2015 Tahoe Purchase - Repeat Customer I have had the opportunity to deal with the dealership, both as Sherwood Park Chevrolet and as Nicholson Chevrolet before they moved to their current location. The dealership has a dedicated team and I have always found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My experience with the most recent purchase of a 2015 Tahoe only reinforces this.
2015 Corvette purchase We had been looking for a corvette for awhile and had gone to several dealerships. Wonderful Experience. I am a Die Hard GM person and will never own anything else. My Dealer was Syml Motors in St.Paul till they tried to make a Fool of Me! Looking for fair and I found it. I was looking for a car, that was fuel efficient and reasonably well equipped at a fair price to use as a run about. I was not biased as to age of the vehicle. I went to a number of different dealerships and found that the staff at Sherwood Chev were friendly, fair, not too pushy and very informative. Excellent place to buy an auto Jim very helpful with my Corvette puchase. Made a nice deal and place seems open to reasonable offers. My car was detailed excellently and tank filled up. They even stored the car for a month for free so I could drive it home in March.
