Great Experience buying a New Truck This Family Day weekend< I met with Bret to look at some remaining 2014 Trucks. Over the last 10 years I have bought 2 new GM cars at other dealers and spent the last 6 months looking for the right truck and the right dealership. This trip was the least stressful, most comfortable visit to a dealership I've ever had. There was no pressure, just straight talk about trucks and I bought one an hour later. I will be buying here next time as well.
AWESOME Very relaxed environment they answered all my questions never pressured me and did a lot of work to find the right truck for me the salesman teo was phenomenal he went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact truck I wanted he wasn't happy till I was happy the whole team made me feel like family.
Great Experience Everyone was very friendly, and showed that they cared about seeing me leave happy in the vehicle I wanted. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking at purchasing a new vehicle.
Great service I wasn't sure I wanted to go all the way to Sherwood park to get a vehicle as I live in Calgary, but I am glad I did. My brother got me in contact with Jim. He asked me what I was looking for in a truck. I told him and he sent me a few emails. I drove to Sherwood park and talked with Jim about a truck. Spectacular customer service and VERY friendly employees I brought my 2007 Chevy Aveo 5 in a couple of times to fix multiple problems that coincidentally occurred about the same time. EVERY time I was greeted with a friendly smile by Debb (shuttle driver), Mike (shuttle driver) and Nadine (service advisor). The service I got was superb. The prices were fair. After visiting the service shop 4 times to get everything in my car fixed, I felt like I was treated as part of the ever-growing Chevrolet family.
Easy to work with Jim had an in depth knowledge of the product line I was interested in. He noted the specific mix of options that I wanted and tried to find what I wanted. He didn't over push what he had available, he offered and then tried to find exactly what I wanted, even though not a common mix. Great Experience Had a great experience buying my new 2015 Chevy equinox. The dealership was clean and was always welcomed every time I walked into the dealership. 2014 Callaway Corvette Purchase My experience with Jim Mcewan has been amazing. He has been extremely helpful in all parts of the sale and the after sale of my new Corvette Purchase.
