Excellant Service and people brought my truck in for recall mike called me and said found problem with my air bag and had it repaired at same / saved me time and made me safe driving my truck. I have no complaints and excellent service and very very friendly personal.
Great Service Shawna Is a very bubbly, happy outgoing Service person. I can't ask for someone better to deal with then her. She always greets me with a smile and takes care of me from there. She calls if my Trax is in for service for more then a few hrs and is constantly updating me during the day. I am grateful she works here and that she is easy to get along with as well as quite knowledgeable. Thanks Shawna for all your fine work.

Very good service Rylan is new and did a great job. He took the time to find me what I wanted and was very honest and strait forward. I was happy to deal with him and will do so in the future. I didn't feel any pressure from him and I didn't feel the need to shop around. All around excellent experience .
Purchase and delivery of 2014 Corvette Purchase of the corvette and delivery went well. The only complaint I have was with the Bill of Sale which had some confusion , but we ironed out the problem .
Excellent buying experience. Excellent positive atmosphere! The staff we worked with in getting our new truck went above and beyond what they had to in order for us to be happy! Our experience was the best we have ever had buying a new vehicle. Everything was explained to us about the paperwork where this has never happened in the years we have been purchasing GM vehicles.We most definitely will be returning in the near future as well as recommending Sherwood Park Chevrolet to all our family and friends.
A positive atmosphere, upbeat and friendly. Good people I have known and worked with Sheila Wilson for some time now. I won't mention years as a courtesy to Shiela. She especially , as well as rest of service staff have always been courteous, explaining issues and have taken best route for my vehicle repairs. I always look forward to my service visits so they all must be doing something right. Sheila is my "go to contact" and I hope that will always be the case.
It's nice to have a contact person like Shawna Each time I have been in to get my new vehicles looked at, Shawna has done everything in her power to help me out.
