Completely Satisfied treated like family Experience was great purchase of my corvette and after service information supplied very helpful. Convinced my son to buy a truck from Jim instead of Ford he was looking at,would send anyone to Jim for sales. Service of my G.M. the service was friendly completed as stated.

Enjoyable service experience Whether it is routine maintenance or an unexpected repair, every time I have been to this dealerships service department it has been a very pleasant experience. I usually make it a point of seeing Shawna because she is amazingly accommodating and friendly. However when she isn't available everyone else is very professional and friendly as well. Completely satisfying truck buying experience First went there in febuary but could not reach a satisfactory deal. They called me back a week later and asked me to come back in as there was better deals on. This second visit got me more than i was looking for at a better price. Everyone there was great, and connor whittall went way above what you would expect of a salesman. Truely a great experience , I'm lovin my new Silverado.

Saved the wekend My wife had bought a new 2014 Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge a few months back, While I was away for work the Jeep had broken down. She was able to use my 2010 Sierra for a whole day until that broke as well. Dodge would not give us a loaner or was able to get the new Jeep in for a few days. Sherwood Park Chevrolet not only got my truck right in right away but found us a loaner for the weekend as the kids had activities that they needed to go to. Great Experience buying a New Truck This Family Day weekend< I met with Bret to look at some remaining 2014 Trucks. Over the last 10 years I have bought 2 new GM cars at other dealers and spent the last 6 months looking for the right truck and the right dealership. This trip was the least stressful, most comfortable visit to a dealership I've ever had. There was no pressure, just straight talk about trucks and I bought one an hour later. I will be buying here next time as well.

AWESOME Very relaxed environment they answered all my questions never pressured me and did a lot of work to find the right truck for me the salesman teo was phenomenal he went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact truck I wanted he wasn't happy till I was happy the whole team made me feel like family.
