Shimi always made time for us, to clarify all of our questions. He got us a discounted rate for free. He helped us be cleared to close way before our closing date. He never pressured us into spending extra money to buy down the rate. And lastly, we don't know how he did it, but our closing costs ended up being 3k less than what we calculated together with Shimi when we locked in our rate.
