I will highly recommend working with Shimi at Guaranteed Rate. They are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. We closed on our home in less than one month, which is unheard off for a deal that is not cash. The entire team was amazing including the underwriter, appraiser, and associated staff. They were very pleasant to talk to. Also, their rates were the best rates in the market. I know because I called 6 other companies. Do not hesitate to use them for your mortgage needs.

We are first time buyers, the whole process was extremely overwhelming. We spoke to many lenders who were all great, but Shimi was the only one who really took the time to educate us and keep us informed throughout (a lot of brokers just assume buyers know all the jargon). He went out of his way to make sure we got the best rate possible but was also extremely honest if he thought a competitor was offering a better deal. His support staff are lovely and wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend!
