I was very pleased working with Shimi Globman of Guaranteed Rate. This was my first time buying a home and Shimi was so patient with me. If I didn't understand what he was telling me he would go over and explain it again until I did understand. He is very professional, thorough and pleasant to work with. SHIMI GLOBMAN AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM WERE PHENOMENAL. THE UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM, CONCERN, AND DILIGENCE IN GETTING MY LOAN APPROVED WITH A TIGHT DEADLINE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND SHIMI AND HIS TEAM TO EVERYONE.
I don't recommend working with this guy at all. The communication is Horrible! He doesn't respond to your emails when you have questions. He will say "I will get back to you next week" Then next week comes you have to follow up with him, and then He still doesn't respond. I never worked with someone who is so unprofessional and has poor communication with clients. He will waste your time having you chase him for days just to get your questions answered.
