Shimi was nothing short of amazing through and through. Our townhouse is our family's FIRST home after years of renting a "less than great" apartment. Buying a home and getting a mortgage approved is daunting and stressful. Shimi took the time to explain everything in detail and coached us as the process moved along. His staff as quick at responding to questions, phone calls and emails. Best of all we needed up paying less than expected in closing costs and went from contract to closing in less than 60 days.
