We worked with Shimi on two separate occasions several months apart, first for a 203k loan we didn't take because we couldn't come to terms with the seller, and more recently for a conventional loan for a property in another state. Shimi worked very hard with us to help us understand the different loan options. He spent over an hour late on a weeknight to work through which option worked best for us. And as rates were going up in the general market, Shimi was working hard to lock in our rate at a lower interest rate. He patiently addressed all of our questions, and clearly and directly answered them. Working with Shimi was beyond amazing. We had a house go to contract and he found us an amazing rate. Simple right? Well yes it was until the sellers got crazy and the house fell through.
