When I was looking for a mortgage I was recommended Shimi from a friend of mine. I shopped around and Shimi got me the lowest rate. They were a pleasure to speak to and they answered all my questions and concerns with a smile. The had foresight to clear any issues and we closed on time. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! From beginning to end Shimi was so helpful, patient and informative. Regardless of the questions, concerns, or even time of day I called, Shimi was willing and able to help. Also, due to our specific needs, we had a very short closing date. We worked with Shimi on two separate occasions several months apart, first for a 203k loan we didn't take because we couldn't come to terms with the seller, and more recently for a conventional loan for a property in another state. Shimi worked very hard with us to help us understand the different loan options. He spent over an hour late on a weeknight to work through which option worked best for us. And as rates were going up in the general market, Shimi was working hard to lock in our rate at a lower interest rate. He patiently addressed all of our questions, and clearly and directly answered them.
