It's not often these days that anyone does much extra, but Team Globman went an extra 100 Miles for my wife & I. I loved Guaranteed Rate's online document system and checklist - it made the entire process so simple. And then there were the extras...the extended lock, the shopping for truly the best rate. Form signing was done electronically and was so quick and easy. Compared to the last time we went through this process, it was sheer night and day. Highly highly recommended!

I started off my mortgage process with another broker. He locked me at %4.75. As we came close to closing he called to tell me that in order for me to keep that original rate I would need to give an additional $9,000 at closing. The entire experience was smooth and flawless. The customer service was great, the entire team was always in contact with us every step of the way, and everything was simple and so clear. The best part was them managing to lower my rate significantly, since the rates suddenly dropped, and it was done even though we were only one day away from closing. And they even managed to get me a last minute credit too. Amazing, amazing, and amazing!! I highly recommend Shimi and his incredible team, you will only get the very best!

Shimi and his staff were always there to help and answer all questions to help us get approved for a loan. Shimi tried where other mortgage agents said wouldn't be possible to get approved.

Shimi and his entire team at Guaranteed Rate were amazing; they demystified the lending process every step of the way and never gave off the impression that we were giving them things they couldn't handle.
